StoryTalk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI responses are generated algorithmically and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryTalk, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated content.
